Prowise Clinic ("we", "our", "us") provides private child and adolescent psychiatric assessment and consultation services across Ireland. We are committed to protecting your personal data and being clear about how it's used.
Who we are
Prowise Clinic is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. Contact: contact@prowiseclinic.ie. Prowise Clinic is an independent private child and adolescent psychiatry practice operating across Ireland.
What personal data we collect
The only personal data this website collects directly is what you choose to submit through the enquiry form — typically a parent's or guardian's name, email address, the young person's age, and an optional free-text message describing the concern.
How it is sent: When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent securely to the clinic's email address (contact@prowiseclinic.ie) using Web3Forms, a trusted third-party form-delivery service that exists solely to forward your message by email. Web3Forms does not store your data beyond immediate delivery. Your information is never shared with Google, Meta, or any advertising platform, and is not used for any purpose beyond delivering your enquiry to the clinic.
The clinic retains email enquiries as required for the purpose of responding and, where an appointment follows, as part of the clinical record in accordance with Irish healthcare regulations.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and how they arrive. This data helps us improve the site and understand what information is most useful.
Google Analytics only runs when you choose "Accept All" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Essential Only", no Google Analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. You can change this at any time on the Cookie Policy page.
Form data — including names, email addresses, and any message content — is never sent to Google Analytics. Events tracked are limited to page views and enquiry form submissions using fixed, hardcoded labels only.
Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)
With your consent, this site uses the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to understand broadly how many people who see our ads go on to enquire. Full tracking (including the _fbp cookie) only activates when you choose "Accept All".
Even without consent, Meta's Pixel loads in a restricted "aggregated/anonymised" mode that contributes only to aggregate conversion modelling — no personal cookies are set and no individual is identified.
As with analytics, no visitor-entered form data (name, email, phone, or message) is ever sent to Meta in any form. Events sent to Meta use only hardcoded labels.

We do not sell your data
Prowise Clinic does not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third party for commercial purposes. Analytics and advertising data collected with consent is used solely to understand and improve the clinic's marketing reach.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data the clinic holds about you. You also have the right to withdraw consent for analytics and advertising cookies at any time — visit the Cookie Policy page to do so.
