Contact a Consultant Child Psychiatrist — Ireland
Start with the concern, not the paperwork.
The ADHD Assessment is a diagnostic pathway for a child or adolescent who has not yet been diagnosed. An enquiry or referral may come from a parent or carer, a school, a GP, or directly from the young person if they are old enough. The consultant determines through the assessment whether ADHD is present and considers other possible explanations. The separate Medication Review costs €500.

Not an emergency serviceIf there is immediate danger, call 112 or 999 or attend the nearest emergency department. For urgent deterioration, contact your GP, existing CAMHS team, or HSE urgent support.
