Child & Adolescent ADHD Assessment — €1,500

The ADHD Assessment is a diagnostic pathway for a child or adolescent who has not yet been diagnosed. An enquiry or referral may come from a parent or carer, a school, a GP, or directly from the young person if they are old enough. The consultant determines through the assessment whether ADHD is present and considers other possible explanations. The fee covers a single extended consultant assessment using clinical interview, standardised rating scales, developmental and contextual information, and differential consideration. It includes a written report, a supporting letter for school where relevant, and a prescription if medication is clinically agreed.

Adult ADHD Assessment — €1,200

A comprehensive diagnostic ADHD assessment for adults (18 and over), delivered by the same Consultant Psychiatrist. The fee covers a single extended consultation using clinical interview, standardised rating scales, adult-contextualised history, and careful differential consideration. It includes a written clinical report with full reasoning, and a prescription if medication is clinically agreed.

Medication Review — €500

The Medication Review is a separate consultation for a child or adolescent who already has a documented ADHD diagnosis from another clinician. It is not a new diagnostic assessment. Suitability is confirmed after relevant information is reviewed.
